I ordered many plants from a mail order source which promised replacement or a refund if any failed to thrive. When I requested a replacement for an expensive hosta which died in the first year, I was informed that they no longer offered that variety and was sent a $2 coupon. Needless to say, I am no longer a customer of this particular company.
