I find as I get older, I am my Mothers' daughter. She was "lifetime frugal". I am not that good but becoming more so to my husbands' chagrin.
I use homemade laundry detergent and love it. I have been researching homemade starches. Yes, I do still iron by my choice. The store bought spray starches are expensive, don't last long and half the time don't work. Not to mention the added cans to the landfills.
So, I got to wondering what homemade products my frugal friends make and why?
Dog biscuits, foods, spices, cleaning products, clothing... please share your thoughts and ideas...
