Spying the strange woman in the ski mask and dark glasses slinking around the back of the house toward the French doors, Lloyd leaped into the air, ran three laps around the house barking like a mad dog, and finally collapsed under the bed in a state of nervous exhaustion.
No one was home at the time, but still, one has one's duty to perform.
Sadly, however, Fluffy and Skootch had not followed suit.
Sadder still, it seemed as though they had fallen victim to a deadly cliche'.
Curiosity had indeed done them in.
Jazzy1 - I am not sure what they're putting in the water in Oklahoma City, but please ship some to Boston. I'm great on the one-liners but you really sing! Do tell...you write for the New Yorker in your spare time? ;-)
