Good Morning Jacques,
I am one of your readers salivating and ready for another taste of juicy sweet tropical jewel growing on trees! Thanks for an informative article.
Have you heard of the mango called 'Julie' from Jamaica? To serve, you cut the unpeeled mango along the 'equator', give the 2 halves a twist, now you have 2 mango cups (will need to remove the seed from one of the cups.) Enjoy using your best silver teaspoon to scoop out the velvety flesh. The texture is oh sooooo smooth, the flavor sweeter than honey, and the aroma is just out of this world.
Awaiting your article on longan. Have a delightful morning,

Hi Norma
I do not know the Jamaican Julie be we also eat some mangoes the way you describe it, probably the only way to avoide juice all over the place! Out of this world, this is right on! The longan article is done and just awaiting approval.
All the best
