I would say Ligustrum vulgare, common privet.

Certainly a Ligustrum species, but not Ligustrum vulgare - that has narrower leaves, and smaller fruit panicles.

Oh, yes!! Definitely privet. Invasive. When they bloom, they stir up my hay-fever. And hard to get rid of. Birds strow them. Round up or 2,4,D kill them. Some people like them for hedges, but there are prettier and less invasive hedges. {;
