Neighbor about a mile away went to mail box last week. His dog started chasing a cub and the mama bear killed the dog so beware if you are in a bear area.
One cuts thru our yard quite regularly so I have to really be on the look out.

Need a bigger dog. Some sort of herder would deal with a bear. They don't fight the animals they just steer them some where else. It's annoying to have a dog bitting at your heels. LOL>

Here's a weird thing, I think we had a coyote running around last weekend. Some thing was howling just like a coyote and it was funny because you could here a bunch of other dogs answering his howl. No sure how a coyote would fair in Bluffton.
