Missouri is getting just about as hard as Colorado.
We have had such freaky weather this last year. We should be into the 60's, but are still in the 30's and 40's and still having snow. This is the last of March. The ground is cold and wet (clay holds wate for a long time) and full of mole tunnels. Things are trying to come up, but keep getting knocked back down by the snow, ice and rain.
