It's very difficult to buy things at any one Japan.I have someone in Tokyo who buys for me on Yahoo, for example:アサガオ-種-ガー...
This week I try to buy this one : it is Q 0148 from Kyushu collection !
Or this one:
It is very expensive but it's quality seeds!( teacup )

This site I did not try but is made for foreign people by Japanese seeds companies :
At the moment I try to get 20 cultivars from Kyushu .

Dany - Thank you for all those great links! Very, very interesting!

I also found this from one of your links:

This describes the dwarf "cactus" gene plant that I got from one of my F1 seeds.

Dany, is it by having a contact in Japan or somewhere in Asia that you are able to obtain seeds indirectly from Kyushu?

To obtain seeds from Kyushu, it is much simpler if you have an address in Japan . This service is only in Japanese!.And because there are several mail exchange - the chosen cultivar is it in stock, prepayment etc. ...

I'm sure there are Americans or little company in Japan who are making this ' extra job ': buying any object in Japan for U.S.citizen.I had found an address but I can not find more. Google can help on this topic : ' buying something in Japan ' will find something.
