I was just wondering about something. This will be my first year selling produce of any kind. In the past I've always given everything away to friends and coworkers that I haven't used myself. Will someone like me, a novice market gardener, get a hard time from the older or more experienced farmers at the farmer's market or will they sort of take me under their wing? Don't laugh...I'm serious. I just wonder what kind of reception a new person gets...especially a female. I need to mentally prepare myself. It really won't matter if they do give me a hard time because I'm still going anyway and I'm going by myself. What can I say? I love a challenge. LOL I just want to know what to expect. Thanks!
