Wanted: Lotus Seed, prefer Blue please :)

Punta Gorda, FL(Zone 9b)

I would love to trade for some fresh, viable blue lotus seed. I waited 3 months for some to come from India,
and it never germinated. (And I know the tricks). I don't have any water plants to trade, but anyone who loves brugmansias,
I have well rooted cutting of 'Emerald Frost variegated-leaf' cultivar for an even trade. I don't want to list this anywhere else,
as this is the only trade I'm interested in. If anyone could help me out, please write. Thanks ahead of time :)
PS: For anyone unaware, brugs can overwinter in zones 9 and up. Otherwise, dig, bring inside and will bloom
again in summer/fall. A stunning plant with lovely angel trumpet dangling blooms. (It's common name)

This plant loves full sun, frequent waterings, fertilizer and blooms like crazy. Would look great next to a pond,
where it would receive the water it loves. :)

I haven't actually ever seen a true blue Lotus blossom - here is a link to one labeled as 'blue Lotus':

I don't think that there are any blue lotus (Nelumbo sp.). I've only seen them in white, yellow, pink, reddish. The link to blue lotus is for a water lily (Nymphaea sp.)
