Smash ripe papaya with yogurt and blend well. Make sure easy enough to spread on the face but avoiding the eye area. After you spread papaya face mask on over your face, leave it there for about 5 minutes and then rinse it with warm water. It is excellent for every skin type except you have very sensitive skin. You can also use avocado instead of papaya. You can use it once a week.

I made these bath salts with dried lavender from my garden. I also made a lemon and lavender body butter as a teacher's gift one year and this teacher recently told me it was the best teacher gift she ever received. Here's the recipe:
2 cups Epsom Salts
1/4 cup Dried lavender
10-12 drops Lavender essential oil
Mix it all up and store in a glass jar/container. Pour 1/2 cup into a warm bath and relax.
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup shea butter
1/4 cup jojoba oil
10 drops essential oil of your choice: I love lemon and lavender together.
