Smash ripe papaya with yogurt and blend well. Make sure easy enough to spread on the face but avoiding the eye area. After you spread papaya face mask on over your face, leave it there for about 5 minutes and then rinse it with warm water. It is excellent for every skin type except you have very sensitive skin. You can also use avocado instead of papaya. You can use it once a week.

My sensitive skin has always prevented my from trying out new products. Of late I came across the Sakare store at Neal Street and tried its solutions for sensitive skin. Of those available, the Problematik Skin Mask did the job for me. After using it for few days I can see visible difference in my skin and it looks way better than before. Thank you Sakare

I made these bath salts with dried lavender from my garden. I also made a lemon and lavender body butter as a teacher's gift one year and this teacher recently told me it was the best teacher gift she ever received. Here's the recipe:

Bath Salts:
2 cups Epsom Salts
1/4 cup Dried lavender
10-12 drops Lavender essential oil
Mix it all up and store in a glass jar/container. Pour 1/2 cup into a warm bath and relax.

Body Butter:
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup shea butter
1/4 cup jojoba oil
10 drops essential oil of your choice: I love lemon and lavender together.

Here's a great body scrub recipe using rose petals:

My mommy recently bought me Sakare calming milk cleanser. I was though fascinated by the name as "calming" is just the need, but I was skeptical about if it will actually do what it says. I am happy it does! It makes my skin soft and supple and ready for any kind of make up always. It goes superb the other way round as well when it properly cleans my skin off make up leaving no redness on my skin.
