I inherited these and use them for coasters. There are six of them, but not all the same size.

Are they wood? If so, it appears they might be carved Sheesham wood ... maybe a set of trivets or simply decorative items.

Very pretty and fine carving. I think it may be Sheesham wood from India, too. You could PM DInu with your photo and see what he says. He's a DG member who lives in India.
