Anyone tried this? I have a baking hot greenhouse that is used for sun drying tomatoes, and making yogurt, I don't see why drying and storing zucchini would be a problem.I don't want to use oil, I want to store them dry in jars in the larder. Any success out there?
You just have to cut them into really thick slices because there's so much water in them.
Biscombe ~ could you tell us more about how you sun dry your tomatoes please? Also using the greenhouse for yogurt?
