Chinese Lantern Plant, Strawberry Ground Cherry
Physalis alkekengi

Physalis alkekengi in the process of taking over my yard. This is the result of one seed planted a few years ago, even after pulling dozens of shoots.

I have put seeds from a fruit of Physalis alkekengi in a pot, some weeks ago. I have obtained many little plants, showing different leave shapes. Most of them are surely weeds, but I don't know how to make the difference with the Physalis alkekengi little plants that are probably among them. I have already removed some plants, assuming that they were weeds, but I fear I was wrong. I will try to upload some images. Do you have a good quality photo of the Physalis alkekengi when it starts, with only two or three leaves ?
Thanks in advance.
