Wow, that is so strange as my Super Pink did the same thing last fall. There was an entire thread on this anomaly on iBrugs over the winter. Two branches on the same plant had it. One branch started to die back recently so I cut it back.

My Culebra exhibited fasciation last year. The branch lived for about a year then died. According to what I have read about it, fasciated plants or branches don't live very long.

Hope it lives long enough to flower cool looking plumeria get this I have seen the plant stays small
