When is the best time to move a rhodie? I have one that is small, about 3 feet tall and across. What time of the year is the best time to move the plant?

The best time is when it goes dormant (in the fall or winter).

The best time for me in zone 6 is at the end of August, but since you have a shorter growing season, when the temperatures stay under 80F
