How long can Canna seed be stored? I found some in my garage, at least a year old. Plus it easily gets 110-115 in there in the summer. I scarred and soaked then planted in a peat based mix. Are they a lost cause? Should have been done in the spring, but I'll deal with overwintering later. What do you all think?

Thanks for the response. So far, 40 of the 66 planted have germinated. There are still a few stragglers coming up, but I think this is about it.

thanks again, David
