I planted one on my property 30 years ago in the woods near my house. I lost track of it for a few years and recently found it again. It hasn't grown much, could be because I planted under some lage oaks ad hickory, but it is still there. I will have to put a markr by it so no oe ever cuts it down by accident. One thing, deer, rabbits and ground hogs do not eat it.
