Hi Sharon, I read your article with some interest in the fact that you mentioned about acorns being a cure for alcoholism which my brother in law suffers from at the present time. My garden this year is producing some good pumpkin with 3 already harvested and there is some more to come when they ripen a little bit more. The netting has done some good to keep my beet leaves complete with some beet roots below them. I will include a picture of the three pumpkin that I harvested this past weekend.
