We have so many other Perennials, including Daylilies that have all the Prime Sunny areas, that we left our Mums last year in their pots and put them in the garage.
We weren't planning on them overwintering, we just planned on taking care of the pots and dirt in the Spring. When we started getting things out for Sping, WOW!
All 3 of the Mums were starting to show green growth. Put them outside and they are now blooming.
