Not sure what this is, but it looks like a Verbenaceae member. Closest I could find to it is Priva cordifolia.

flower seems like the right shape but mine is pink (vs white I see on the web) and a straggling vine (vs herb) and fruit is moist (vs dry).

I'll try looking up some more genera of Verbenaceae later and see if I can find out what you're plant is.
