Saw this couch-coffin on today's Kovels news letter, I don't think I want one.

How's this for a repurpose
Yeah, it is. I still don't think I will be seeing too many of them.. Just a little too morbid.
My husband would love this, if it came in red! LOL
Hmm, I hope the coffin was unused previously...EEEEW! LOL
I saw that one, too. Very clever and I don't think anyone would know what it was intended for before the makeover.... great for this time of year. Certainly we'll all need one sooner or later....RIP!
The maker of this would be the first suspect if the local cematary was robbed.
I think it's kinda cool! proportions are all wrong, heavy legs would be necessary for it to visually pleasing but...
Maybe if it came with a matching side chair...and in a little less garish of a color...
FLStu, if you live in Spring Hill you must have homing pigeons or live next door to someone who does,I hear Spring Hill hosts the largest racing pigeon club in the USA.
ifantail. I didn't know that, but my SO did. I als din't know that one you turn down one of the three streets that are available for the area where my house is, there's a pigeon clubhouse. I don't use that street, but my SO does. That explains why, a couple of months ago, I saw a fan tailed dove/pigeon by the storage business (also on one of the streets at the corner of the main drag). We do have a neighbor a coupleof streets over with a backyard coop an a fairly new pet business specializing in pigeon stuff with several single-wide mobile homes converted to indoor/outdoor flights. My grandfather flew pigeons for the 'rich people' in New Jersey (he lived in Brooklyn) during the depression and owned a couple of pet stores later on. Thanks for the info about Spring Hill.
Wouldn't that be a coffin couch rather than a couch coffin?
It is creepy......but might look OK in a funeral home! haha!
Just think how easy it would be to move, with those handles attached, lol.
