Yes we use senior discounts and normally go to places that offers them.

We also like to go to the movies and discovered that on Tuesday the pop corn with drinks is much much cheaper than on weekends.

Thank you VGMKY. I've copyed the list.
Vickie

I'll print the list for my brothers and my roommate. "Un"fortunately I'm not a senior yet.

I have just started working for a local hospital part time and I get discounts at Sears, AT&T and other places just for being a Baptist Hospital employee.

Many restaurants here give discounts to church goers on Sunday if you bring in your church bulletin. We're also a college town and college students get discounts by showing their ID. Also, some businesses give discounts to service people, police, fireman, emergency personnel.

And don't forget to sign up for emails from all your favorite haunts. Ryans (a popular restaurant chain in this area) often sends BOGO coupons. Fazoli's, an Italian restaurant, sends coupons for a free or 99c spaghetti with breadsticks on certain days. Baskin Robbins will send a BOGO coupon around the first of each month so you can try the "flavor of the month". Your favorite stores will send sales ads out a day or two earlier than the public gets them. So use your email to your advantage. I haven't any trouble with Spam due to signing up with any of my favorite places.

Milton, MA(Zone 6a)

I already get many of the discounts you mentioned with my AAA card (which is worth its weight in gold for other reasons) but Cat, I can't wait to be just a little older for that DD discount -- I am a coffee addict! Thanks for pointing that out!!!!!
