It seems like we get a new record holder every few months lately. Here are a few links for you:

http://ushotstuff.com/Heat.Scale.htm
http://www.ehow.com/list_5993285_top-ten-hottest-peppers-world.html
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hHzFnocdHoM

Some of the current leaders and their Scoville Scale ratings are

Trinidad Scorpion Butch T   900,000-1,463,700
Naga Viper                          800,000-1,382,118
Infinity Chili                         800,000-1,067,286
Naga (Bhut) Jolokia           800,000-1,041,000
Dorset Naga                        800,000-970,000
Red Savina habanero        350,000-580,000
Red Savina Habanero        350,000-575,000
Chocolate Habanero           325000-425,000
Caribbean Red                    120,000-400,000
Rocoto/Manzano                 225,000-350,000
TigrePaw                              265,000-348,000
Scotch bonnet                      100,000-325,000

but of course these are to be taken with a very large grain of salt. Location and growing conditions account for a great deal of variation, and whoever said he measured those Scoville dilutions to 6 figures of precision must have had several good shots of tequila before writing down the results.
