Sorry, not a Goldie - compare the one in Elphaba's pics from this thread: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/1232078/ Can't rule out Red-tailed Hawk from the pic, though.

Agree with Ravens for the second.

,Thanks elageo and Resin for the ID on the second pic. I zoomed in the first pic, showing more feature and didn't resize for the thread hoping it would help .
The bill on this one is so much like an Eagle, and light in color. Hope these features show up here,

Burn -- To me the light colored head indicates an adult Turkey Vulture.
