What do you hope Santa brings?
I'm giving myself a present of plants! I just now sent an order to Miles' To Go! Oh, and I have a bid in on a plant on Ebay!
I gift myself with plants year round-- so I voted "other" --I want a tablet computer-- and Santa said "OK" whoo hooo!!
I put all of the above also. I plan on putting in orders next month for seeds and plants.
Right now I'd be happy with manure to help my gardens next spring!!
i don't need a thing. i wish for peace and prosperity for our country and the proverbial "good will towards men".
Other. I'm with Trackin, don't need a thing. I've told my husband and both kids to not get me anything, just spend some time together. That's the most precious gift I can think of.
I don't need a thing, but I would like another year with my parents being healthy and happy, spending time with my sisters, and continued employment.
Does Santa ever take things away? I'd like him to take away about 80 lbs of myself.
I happen to know that Santa is bringing a new macro lens for fabulous close up flower photos!
A portable CD player and best of all I discovered a new solo piano player -- Dax Johnson. I am downloading his mp3 albums from Amazon. So listening to his Christmas album is bitter-sweet. Dax died homeless on the streets of LA in 2005. I wish music for everybody this Christmas! And reach out to someone who could use a helping hand.
Manure would be a good thing and my Santa will buy 100 bags of pine needle mulch for me along with a new trowel. I lose trowels like washing machines lose socks.
The best gift of all is that we've hired a company to spray deer repellent every other week from May through October. Bambi and 16 friends can dine elsewhere.
I wish Santa would deliver a huge dump truck full of well-aged horse manure! If he would spread it for me, that would be nice, too ^^_^^
Funny on facebook the otherday. Said "Dear Santa, I would like a big fat bank account and a skinny body for Christmas this year. Try not to get it mixed up like you did last year!"
I want blessings of peace, health and happiness for one and all!
As for me and my garden there is always something that is needed each year mainly for upkeep. The blessing of my garden is the heath benefits of the hard work, the joy of the blooming beauty and the peace of communing with nature. I have many blessings in my life other than my garden for which I am grateful.
Peace, love, happiness, and financial stability for my family!
I put an ad on my local Craigs List for manure!
I also plan to find a gardening partner/helper for the spring. It is a lot of work to do alone especially with chickens and goats and veggies and bees and I plan to get a couple of ducks and maybe turkeys. So, I could use some help, and I will find one or two. People love to do it, and some live in apartments!
I'd be happy with a movable hoop house to extend growing season LOL
I didn't vote, but popping in to say I hope all your Christmas wishes come true !
I don't need a thing myself, and the health and happiness of my family are enough for me!
same here, slcdms. Merry Christmas everybody -- from my animals and me. Health and happiness -- what more could you ask for.
