being a new gardener, I enjoy learning about new variety of plants. The tittle of this article suggest that there is some ornamental Kale that is not edible. Even though I never heard of Kale, ornamental or regular, that was not edible. If there is any such variety, Could you tell us which ones? Thank you

Sorry for the confusion on the title - all kale (that I know of) is edible. The "ornamental" varieties are generally tougher and not as desirable for cooking.
