My favorite barbecue sauce is Sweet Baby Ray's! No, Rory won't care. Luckily my son and Sunny haven't asked me about it yet. I don't care for hand sewing, but I hope to get it done in the next couple of weeks.
When I was a child my mom used to make all my dresses and blouses, so that I could where the style of clothes that my friends were wearing, because I was so small. When I was 13 years old I was only about 4'3" tall, and everything for my age group was way too big. Back then, the smallest size teen clothes you could buy in most stores was a juniors size 5. Like not now, where you can buy size 0 or 1.
Lots of trees here. i will take some pictures when I get a new memory card for my camera. I am going to save them now instead of erasing them. Still, I could load them onto flash drives. I don't know how well they keep on flash drives, or the technology coud change tomorrow...??? Hmmm...I'm debating about that. I think each time you copy an image they degrade a bit as old copies look like old faded photos, and some out of focus and others the colors bad, and not correctable.
Oh, why not just try it. You can always read the instructions or if you have none, find them online. It's wonderful to be able to journal your garden and property by pictures...I also journal the snowstorms so I can remember when they happen. I am not so good at writing them down.
that's what I am...I have my camera with me all the time, just in case I see something I want to take a picture of! In the past, there were so many times I didn't have my camera with me, that I missed some great picture taking opportunities!
It's funny...when I was young, I rarely stayed home. I had to be involved in some type of activity. Now, living here with my husband, I have little desire to go out often. We do take vacations and short trips. Driving at night is not our favorite, as neither one of us sees as well as we used to. In CA, you need a car to get anywhere, outside of your own neighborhood. And of course, we live 20 miles outside of the nearest town - Placerville.
