WE Came From Here:
I still haven't finished the baby quilt! still need to hand sew the appliques on. I would've just left them off if I hadn't tried ironing them on first, because some are partially stuck now.
The baby won't care. But you will.
My favorite barbecue sauce is Sweet Baby Ray's! No, Rory won't care. Luckily my son and Sunny haven't asked me about it yet. I don't care for hand sewing, but I hope to get it done in the next couple of weeks.
I'm not very good at sewing...better at sowingLOL!!
me neither. I can't sew a straight line even with a guide-i used blue painters tape on my sewing maching to mark a seam allowance and still couldn't sew a straight line! LOL!
I failed three different sewing classes from jr. high, high school and a Singer sewing class. As I said sowing, not sewing!!
When I was a child my mom used to make all my dresses and blouses, so that I could where the style of clothes that my friends were wearing, because I was so small. When I was 13 years old I was only about 4'3" tall, and everything for my age group was way too big. Back then, the smallest size teen clothes you could buy in most stores was a juniors size 5. Like not now, where you can buy size 0 or 1.
Yes, my mom used to make things for me, but mainly costumes as she had me taking dancing lessons. When I was older, in high school, she made my drill team outfit. I made the pompons.
You have tacos in Michigan? (LOL!!) I thought they were just on the border of Mexico...
Oh, that's right, we have Chinese, Italian and every type of ethnic food....
mom makes the best Mexican foods..has a catering business and is booked for most of this year....yes lots of places here to go to...even across the border in Canada...
Just don't go to Alaska about now. They are the ones who have all the snow this year. (More than their fair share!) Do you help her in her business?
