    		 Old wreathes and Christmas Tree branches, cut off, can also be used to provide a bit of Winter protection for perennial plants in the garden. Some of my neighbors donated their greenery to the plantings in our little "pocket park".

    		 That's a fantastic idea.
    We live neat Kentucky Lake and the Fish and Wildlife guys will collect trees and sink them for fish habitat too.
