Look most like Little Cormorant Microcarbo niger, but could possibly be Indian Cormorant Phalacrocorax fuscicollis. What location, please? (Locations are always important, please add them!!)

Also a Common Moorhen Gallinula chloropus in front.

Thanks Resin for your reply. The location is Gharana Wetlands at Indian-Pakisthan border near Jammu, India.
