This is one of my favorites. Nice to learn more about it. I did not know it would store well in the refrigerator without deteriorating. Good to know. And I intend to try it in cooking. :)

I've tried it -- definitely an acquired taste. Ended up using the remaining bags to spice up pitchers of ice tea.
