To say that Phil is the ONLY prognosticator on Groundhog Day is not quite true.
Wiarton Willie is an albino groundhog which delivers his predictions from Wiarton, Ontario - way up on the Bruce Penninsula. He prediction this year was for an early Spring, versus Phil's which was for 6 weeks more winter. I'll take Willie's forecast any day of the week over Phils!

However, one has to question the absurdity of taking any rodent's prediction on weather!
