I saw these in Maine last summer. I loved the fragrance. The others don't have the strong fragrance. I have tried others that were supposed to smell good but they didn't.

The wildflower Common Milkweed is deliciously fragrant! Agreed. But it IS amazingly invasive with the deep runners/rhizomes and nearly impossible to dig out. Eventually I used a weedkiller on it to contain it in the "Small Creatures" section of the Pinebrook Children's Garden. The orange Asclepsia Tuberosa behaves in a much more restrained way! =)

I think I'll plant one in an out of the way spot. My parents have 20 acres. There will be room some place. Lol. I just want to smell it!
