I loved this article. Reminded me of an incident some people had in a place called Oak Park. Can't remember which state it was, but their neighbors weren't so welcoming of their efforts to have a veggie garden in the front yard. Some people liked it, others did not. The town tried to make them cease and desist. I think they ended up keeping their garden, but they also ended up moving out of state, to Washington I think. Anyhow, I'm glad to hear your neighbors were so positive about your efforts. Sounds like lots of fun!
