68 years ago , for over a year and the first Christmas I ever remember , I was "Spring ".
Linda , this brought back so many memories of living with my daddy's sister in the Imperial Valley in California , that I had to vote YES to your artical . It brought back sweet memories and I thank you . I'm sure my aunt had a lot of your feelings in the story .
I think there are a lot of us out here that could have been " Spring "
Never in my wildest imaginings could I have dreamed of the memories and feelings this story has evoked from so many of our members. Even though "Spring" is a fictional character, when I was writing about her, I could actually feel this little girl reach for my hand!
