EcoReality Co-op has a wonderful 43 acre site on beautiful Salt Spring Island, BC, Canada.

But to secure the site, we had to take on considerable debt. We have a debt-equity ratio of over 55%, but would love to share this site with someone who can retire our six-figure debt and live in the second house on the property.

More details at: http://www.EcoReality.org .

Beautiful - but "way-up-north". Having lived in Alaska, Florida, Michigan, New York ... etc - I am staying here or going south. Good Luck & Crops. - D
