Thanks for turning me onto Lacinato kale. I have wanted to use kale for its nutritional merit but the ones I tried, I have not liked. This may be what Im looking for.

I ordered the Lacinato kale and some other seeds awhile back from the first source listed in this article (GrowItalian.com). I can recommend them highly. Fast and efficient ... and very friendly. I received my seeds in a very short time. Love the hardy kales and chards.
