I started some cotton seeds and they have germinated but I cant find much info about growing cotton in a garden and I was wondering if anyone had some basic tips? I would also like to know how big a G. hirsuta gets on average? The plants I got the seed from were not that large but they were grown in 1 gal containers and I did not think to ask if they had been cut back through the growing season.
I live in IL and I am outside of the weevil eradication zone so it is legal for me to grow cotton.
