This massive bird has white on the tips of the wings, top side. Odd whiteish color around eyes and white legs. We thought it was a buzzard but the pictures I found didn't seem to match this bird.

According to it is a Black Vulture common only to the eastern and parts of southern US.

Thanks! It's huge and much larger than a buzzard. I had to google to see the difference in the 2.
