I have seen this insect around the yard and crawling around in the house and in the bedroom. They walk around on all 6 long legs and I have never seen them fly anywhere. Even when they are approached, they just walk around and appear to be very slow and docile. Picture of one that I found in the sink is attached as well as 2 from one of them wandering around in the hallway. It has 2 long antennae, 2 sets of wings and a yellow thorax with black lines and 2 small black T shapes in the center of the thorax. Any ideas. I have been looking online for weeks to try and find a matching picture. I am located in Massachusetts near Plymouth.
