Basic 1960's house with terrible cabinets.
We gave them quarter sawn oak cabinets with all the bells & whistles. Hutch in the dining room, kitchen, mudroom cabinets & some storage in the hallway. Finished it off with new base boards, doors & casing. They added the black granite counter top.
House looks like a million now!
