CLOSED: Help With IDing This Sparrow Please

Chicago, IL

This photo was taken on January 5 at the Montrose Point Bird Sanctuary in Chicago. Any help would be appreciated. I was thinking possibly a Grasshopper Sparrow, but they normally winter much further south.

I think Grasshopper Sparrow too. They breed all the way to the Canadian border but very early for it to have migrated up so soon. Guess our very warm winter and spring fooled it to head out early

Ditto me.
