    When saving seed, the seed needs to dry out completely before storing. My kitchen is usually where I dry my seeds. If I cover the seeds, they mold. How do I keep the gnats out.

    Your problem could be humidity. I could never save seeds when I lived in South Florida because the air was always so humid.

    one option is topat hem dry, and let them air dry in your refrig. since i live in louisiana, i do that. so far it works.
