CLOSED: Which Swallow?

(Zone 5a)

This was near Des Moines, in central Iowa. I am not sure I can explain the "habitat". It was a water filled gravel pit. We saw on the power lines Cliff and Tree Swallows, but this one threw us for a loop. Is this a Bank Swallow or a Northern Rough-winged Swallow?

Thank you for your help. :)

I vote for Northern Rough-winged but would like another opinion.

Northumberland, United Kingdom(Zone 9a)

Ditto to Northern Rough-winged Swallow

I am glad I didn't say anything about learning toward the Bank. :D Thank you very much!
