I found this bird dead when mulching today. This isn't a bird I've ever seen and oddly I've had a couple birds this year that I have never seen before. Not sure if the strange weather is causing them to come to our area or if I have just missed this beautiful bird. He must have flew into the house. What is this?

I will have to google to see if these are normally in our area - SW Virginia
