Will they nest again in the same house. It's been 2 years and now a pair is back scouting. I'm in Central Fl. where they are not common I'm told.
    Any help would be appreciated.

I was scrolling down further on the forum and found this unanswered. I wonder if you already have your answer since this is a month later. :)

Are you asking about the Great-crested Flycatcher? I did a search and found out that yes, they can nest in the same location every year.

    Hi Chilly,
Checked out on line and they are great American flycatchers. I was so happy to see them back.
They worked so hard on carrying nesting material back to birdhouse they were in 2 years ago.
Female stayed in house all one day and next day took off and now they are both gone so guess they didn't think their accomodations were right. They flew across the road into 20 acres of pines. I hope they find a home they like nearby. I love thier call.
    Thanks for your reply.
    Bonnie
