I have a plant given to me by my gardening buddy as a cutting! Mine starts off in the morning as a white flower, by mid-day it is light pink, in the evening it is a dark rose color. I think it is the same plant. She called it a Rose of Sharon! Love it, love it! Just beautiful. Saved some seed pods last year and have them sown now, hoping to get a few more plants. Love the top 10! Wish I could grow more of them here, (Cayman Islands) too hot for most of them. I miss Georgia!!!! Used to grow them all there. Carol
