Shot this yesterday at Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge (About 40 miles northwest of Austin, Texas). Was very high in a tree. Sorry, I didn't get the exposure right with the backlighting, so had to tweak it to try to get some detail.
I would appreciate some help in ID. Am I in the ballpark?
Definitely a Myiarchus. Which one is tricky; the brightness of the yellow belly suggests Great Crested, but the dark tail tip points more to Ash-throated. Looks like you're in the overlap area where both could occur, so that doesn't help!
