this is a really good idea! I live in texas in an area with a ton of limestone right up to the surface, making it very difficult to cultivate anything besides native plants. I'm wanting to grow my own edibles but don't have the finances to completely excavate and back fill an area for gardening, so I'll try to post what is successful and what is not. Although a thought for taller plants: what about building a box frame out of scrap wood and putting the bags in that to stabilize?
