For trade, so far I have

1. Canon Wentworth Linaria
Tall, about 3 feet, with grey-green leaves and light pink flowers. The flowers resemble teeny-tiny snapdragons (to me-- you can tell I never took a horticulture course in my life.
Here's a link to a DG photo that looks like mine. Self sows freely.

http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/77836/

2. Summer Snowflake
Bulbs. Like a snowdrop on steroids. Once again, a handy-dandy link to real info. http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/53286/

3. Sweet woodruff ground cover.

Pat

Confirmed:
Ric- Summer snowflake
Celene-- linaria, lady's mantle
Marcy-- Summer snowflake.
Rebecca-- Purple- blue cranesbill
Esther-- potentilla
Lou--Potentilla

Marcy, I added some more plants. And LOL about the ferns.

I'll go ahead and pot you some of the vines. The seeds came up in like 2 days. I have to keep some put back for a sale but whatever isn't ordered by the 12th, will be added to my list.

Please beg Dave to drive! PLEASE! You are more than welcome to stop here again. I know it adds to the trip for you but it also gives you a break and puts you back on 68 which I thought wasn't a bad drive for you?

I'm not opposed to renegotiating a meeting site for next year so long as the 'elders' from the 4 corners agree. ;) I had mentioned Cowan Lake a couple of years ago and it was shot down but I don't remember why. My 8 year old went to a sleepover party at a cabin there last weekend. They are really nice.

Shadowgarden, I have garlic chives if you are interested. They look like chives, but have a distinct garlic flavor. I cut a bunch eacvh year and chop them and store them in the freezer for all my Italian stuff. I never learned to cook with herbs and spices , so they and green onions are the only ones I use. But then, I don't cook much.LOL I can also bring red day lililes. Pretty, just no ID.

I have plenty if anyone else is interested.

I also have miniature hostas, rose campion magenta, creeping thyme, hardy hibiscus(Pink),and one rooted start of akebia vine.(Chocolate vine).

I'm looking for a not to invasive agasthe, salvia, any except purple, any elephant ears. I also have walking onions if anyone is interested. Lou

Yes I'll try the garlic chives and the red day lilies would be great. I am fighting back against the deer who eat my lilies and I read that if you plant chives around them they will leave the lilies alone. Chele, when did you email me? Last time was August 2011 - I just checked the gmail address (which I hardly ever use). I was looking for a "Little Honey" hydrangea last year. I can probably dig up volunteer trees and make cuttings of various shrubs for you just before the RU.

I can bring contorted hazel cuttings if anyone wants to try starting them. I have failed to make new plants after trying for many years.

Lou you can have a bleeding heart. I would like to try one of your red daylily.

Tabasco, I think I can find a volunteer redbud we could dig up for you, and at least one of my hellebores has babies, I'll pot them up to share.

I have a last minute offering: two potentillas "Melton Fire." They are a light salmon pink, and they're just not the color I wanted or expected. Any takers?

I am willing to try one. I am bringing plants, but do not really want too many pre-trades, as I get so confused. I will just try to push them on everyone.

Pat, do you still have your jewelweed?

This may not be the correct forum to post this to but I will post it on a couple others also.

I had a thought, maybe I should of left it to die of loneliness, but what about have a silent auction, regular auction or garage sale type sale, and having the attendees bring something or things that they no longer need, and donating the proceeds to Gigi's garden fund? JUst a thought! Lou

I think that's a great idea, Lou.

I will happily trade the sedums for a Kohleria. I have rooted starts of Kohleria B. Frosty if you want, too. Oh, and a Sedum "Frosty Morn".

Ric, I had thought some pots by my greenhouse that had buds, were the Gamecock until they bloomed. They are Iris versicolor I got last year from another friend. The pots from you are sitting in the bog. Do you remember if you put tags in them? Thought I'd ask before shoving my hand in. LOL
